An important new paper explaining why and how sea level rises have been incorrectly claimed has been published by one of the world's leading authorities on the subject. He is Dr Nils-Axel Moerner, former head of the Paleogeophysics and Geodynamic Department at Stockholm University, Sweden. Also a former president of the International Union for Quaternary Research Commission on Neotectonics (INQUA), he is a critic of IPCC and the notion that the global sea level is rising. He was formerly chairman of the INQUA Commission on Sea Level Changes and Coastal Evolution, and led the Maldives Sea Level Project. This is a highly technical paper, but one that deserves wider circulation and better understanding.
